What is coaching?

  • Coaching is a collaborative process where you and I work together as equals to support you in making the changes you want to make in your life.

  • Coaching raises your self-awareness and helps you make better decisions.

  • My role as a coach is to provide a safe, quiet place where you can be vulnerable, open and honest without judgment.

The juicy details…

  • Coaching sessions takes place virtually over Zoom

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length but can be modified based on your needs

  • Prior to our first session, we’ll work together to establish the number of sessions needed, how long they will be and our schedule

  • Typically 3-4 sessions will be a great starting point, then we go from there

  • I’ll be here to support you via email and/or Voxer in between sessions as needed
