What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process where you and I work together as equals to support you in making the changes you want to make in your life.
Coaching raises your self-awareness and helps you make better decisions.
My role as a coach is to provide a safe, quiet place where you can be vulnerable, open and honest without judgment.

Coaching sessions takes place virtually over Zoom
Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length but can be modified based on your needs
Prior to our first session, we’ll work together to establish the number of sessions needed, how long they will be and our schedule
Typically 3-4 sessions will be a great starting point, then we go from there
I’ll be here to support you via email and/or Voxer in between sessions as needed
